Stabilizer for whipped creams and fillings with yogurt aroma
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipped cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of thickener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. In the case of animal whipped cream, very briefly because of its possible over-beating. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, yogurt powder (10%), modified starch E1414, gelatin, whey powder, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma.
Energy value per 100g of product: Energy 1639kJ/392kcal, Fats <0.5g of which saturated fatty acids 0.2g, Carbohydrates 85g of which sugars 74g, Proteins 9.7g, Salt 0.17g.
