Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.1l - 0.150l lukewarm water + 0.5l whipped cream.
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water or milk. Immediately mix into the semi-whipped vegetable whipped cream with an electric mixer. Beat until the desired consistency. When using animal whipped cream, we whip it very briefly because of its possible over-whipping. We can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. We immediately use according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared corpus. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
