Preparing the perfect cream that does not run off the cake and at the same time tastes great is sometimes a real art. It's not even better with whipped cream, which either doesn't whip or ends up over-whipped, and instead of flawless cake decoration, we create butter. Since every problem has its own solution, you can solve it by simply using Liana Ties.

What are Liana Stiffeners?

Powder mixtures for quick and above all extremely simple preparation of cold creams for cakes, fruit cups, cupcakes, ice creams, cakes and desserts. The time-consuming process of cooking creams and waiting for them to cool has finally become a thing of the past. For a perfect cream, you only need vegetable or animal whipped cream, but you also need powdered whipped cream, a little water, Liana stiffener and 3 minutes of your time. Yes, it only takes 3 MINUTES to prepare the cream with Liana stiffeners!

By choosing flavors, we tried to please everyone, so in our assortment you can find stiffeners in different colors obtained from natural dyes and flavors:

Preparation procedure: pour 500 ml of vegetable whipped cream into a tall container and whip until semi-solid. Pour 150 ml of lukewarm water into the second bowl, into which mix 100 g of Stužovač with a whisk or electric mixer. Immediately whip this mixture into a semi-stiff whipped cream. Beat until the desired consistency. If the cream is still too thin, add 1-2 spoons of Stužovač Liana while stirring constantly. We can sweeten or add fruit to taste. Let the cream stabilize in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and then use it to prepare sweet treats.

The dosage of thickener also depends on the density of the vegetable whipped cream used and the flavor we are preparing. When preparing cream from animal or powdered whipped cream, the procedure is the same, but it is necessary to adjust the amount of water as needed. We can replace water with milk.
