Marlenka without fighting
Dough
- 400 g plain flour
- 250 g vegetable fat
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 KL Baking soda Liana
- milk as needed
Filling
- 600 ml of milk
- 250 g vegetable fat for fillings
- 2 bags Golden cream Liana
- 2 bags Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 package sweetened condensed milk caramelized
- Melt vegetable fat, honey and sugar in a bowl over steam. Add sifted plain flour, eggs, baking soda and mix. If the dough is thick, thin it with a little milk.
- Line the tray with baking paper or Teflon foil. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and spread each separately on paper or foil. Bake at 175°C for 7-8 minutes.
- We cook a pudding from milk, vanilla sugar and golden creams. Beat the softened vegetable fat for the fillings with condensed caramel milk until frothy and gradually add the cooled pudding spoonfuls.
- Cut the uneven edges from the individual sheets of dough and spread the filling. Cover the surface of the marlenka with the remaining filling and sprinkle with the crushed edges. We can sprinkle chopped nuts and lightly sprinkle with chocolate coating.
