  • 6 smaller apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup sparkling water

  1. Peel the apples, grate them on a grater and squeeze out the excess water.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, water and mix the cake mix and apples with a wooden spoon. Mix and place thicker pancakes on the pan. Bake on hot oil from both sides.
  3. Transfer the finished product to a napkin to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle hot with powdered and cinnamon sugar.

A good tip:
We can also prepare fritters from Universal mix Liana instead of Cake mix Liana. If we decide on Universal mix, it is necessary to add ½ KL of Liana baking powder.
