Gluten-free plum balls from potato dough
Dough
- 500 g boiled mashed potatoes
- 130-150 g Universal Liana mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- plums

- toasted butter for topping
- sugar for sprinkling
- poppy seeds, breadcrumbs, nuts for sprinkling
1. Make a soft dough from mashed potatoes, Universal mix and salt.
2. Gradually remove with a spoon, press into a pancake in the palm of your hand, add a piece of plum and wrap. We shape it into a ball shape with the palms of our hands.
3. After floating to the surface, cook in boiling salted water for about 5 more minutes.
4. Remove from the water, cover with fried butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar, or ground poppy seeds, breadcrumbs or nuts.
