A simple, quick, cheap Christmas classic that stays juicy for a long time
Ingredients
Dough
Frosting
  • 250 g vegetable fat
  • 200 ml of rum or a few drops of rum aroma
  • 2-3 spoons of Liana dark cocoa
  • 220 g powdered sugar
  • 10 tablespoons of milk
Appendices
  • 300 g of coconut for coating
  • Sheet 24 x 37 cm

1. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a food processor. Knead the dough for 15 minutes until smooth.

2 . Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle it with Cake mix . Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden.

3. Cut into smaller rectangles.

Frosting procedure:

1. Melt vegetable fat over steam, add sugar, rum, cocoa, milk and mix well.

2. We dip individual pieces in the cocoa mixture, turn them from all sides and wrap them in coconut.
