Cabbage procedure:

  1. 1. Grate the cabbage. Pour oil into the pot, add grated cabbage, season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Simmer the cabbage for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly.

Dough procedure:

  1. 1. Pour Universal mix into a bowl, add water, salt and make a dough.
  2. 2. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Then we transfer it to a work surface sprinkled with rice flour.
  3. 3. Roll out thinly and cut into 5 cm strips.
  4. 4. Cut each strip into 1 cm strips and cut diagonally into slices. The dough is not sticky, so we can stack more strips on top of each other and cut them into small pieces.
  5. 5. Cook the cut dough in salted, boiling water.
  6. 6. Cook for about 8 minutes. Strain and cover with cold water.
  7. 7. Put the stewed cabbage on the finished fritters and mix.
  8. 8. We can sprinkle a part of the bottles with powdered sugar and prepare the other part for salt.
  9. 9. Finally, sprinkle with fried bacon.
