A simple and delicate apple roulade beautifully scented with cinnamon sugar.

  1. Clean the apples and grate them coarsely. We squeeze out the excess juice and mix it with cinnamon sugar, a spoonful of granulated sugar and Golden Cream. Line the tray with baking paper and spread the prepared apples.
  2. Beat stiff snow from egg whites and 5 spoons of sugar. Gradually whisk in the egg yolks and oil on the lowest setting. Gently mix in Cake and Universal mix with a wooden spoon. Pour the batter over the apples and bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  3. Flip the baked cake onto a damp towel (the dough is on the bottom and the apples on top). Remove the baking paper and roll up. Let it cool down.
  4. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

A good tip:
We do not spread the apples all over the sheet, but about 3 cm from the edge, so that the apples do not leak out when rolled.
