Gluten-free apple cream
Sponge cake
- 5 eggs
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 3 spoons of lukewarm water
Apple filling
- 1 kg of grated apples
- 2 units Liana vanilla sugar
Vanilla cream
- 700 ml of milk
- 2 pcs Golden cream Liana
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 200 g of butter
For decoration
- 250 ml of whipping cream
- chocolate for grating
1. Grate the cleaned apples and mix with vanilla sugar. Line the tray with baking paper and spread the apple filling on it.
2. Beat stiff snow from egg whites. In the second container, beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, add water. Spoon the cake mix mixture into the yolk mass. Finally, lightly mix in the whipped snow from the egg whites. Pour the batter evenly over the apples and bake in the oven at 175°C until golden.
3. Cook pudding from milk, golden cream and granulated sugar. Mix the butter with powdered sugar until foamy and beat in the cooled pudding.
4. Flip the baked and cooled cake onto the second tray. Remove the baking paper. Spread the vanilla cream evenly over the apples. Whip the whipped cream and spread it on the cream. Finally, decorate with grated chocolate. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
