1. Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter and milk. Press into the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper and let it harden in the fridge.

2. Whip whipped cream delight and raspberry whipped cream stiffener in milk, add soft cottage cheese, powdered sugar and swollen, melted gelatin in milk. We can add pieces of raspberries to the filling. Pour it over the biscuit mixture and put it back in the fridge.

3. Mix sour cherry whipped cream thickener in water. Heat the chocolate and cream until the chocolate melts and immediately pour the prepared thickener with water. Mix and strain through a sieve to get rid of any lumps. Pour over the hardened cheesecake. We refrigerate until the next day. We decorate according to fantasy, e.g. whipped cream and colored sprinkles.
