Unbaked confection made of sponge cakes soaked in coffee with fruit syrup, with a mascarpone filling with a little eggnog.
Ingredients
  • sponge cakes
  • instant coffee
  • Water
  • 50 ml fruit syrup
Cream
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 pcs (60g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 50 ml of egg liqueur
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • Cocoa Dark Liana

  1. We brew stronger coffee and let it cool. Add 50 ml of fruit syrup.
  2. Add a spoonful of instant coffee, Creamy Delight to the milk and whisk. Add mascarpone, sugar and egg liqueur.
  3. Soak the sponge cakes in coffee with fruit syrup. Layer on a tray or plate and apply the prepared cream with a pastry bag. Sprinkle with cocoa and leave to harden overnight in the refrigerator.

A good tip:
For immediate consumption of the dessert, place the sponge cakes on a dessert plate or in a glass and put the filling with a pastry bag.
