  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and put it in the fridge.
  2. Clean and cut the apples into crescents. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Roll out the dough on a silicone mat or baking paper and transfer it to a round form.
  4. We will cook pudding from milk, golden cream and sugar. Pour the pudding onto the dough and place the apples on the pudding. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.
