Quick gingerbread

A really quick and easy cake.
Ingredients
  • 300 g semi-coarse flour
  • 1 bag Liana gingerbread leavening powder
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk (sweet, acidophilic or water)
  • 3 tablespoons of jam
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 2 - 3 PL Liana dark cocoa
  • to taste, pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, dried raisins...

  1. Beat all the ingredients with an electric mixer in a bowl. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar or spread with jam and cover with melted chocolate.

A good tip:
After whipping, we can mix different variations with a spoon to taste, e.g. pieces of chocolate, crushed nuts, raisins, poppy seeds, coconut...
