  1. Whip the vegetable whipped cream until semi-stiff. Mix the whipped cream thickener in water and whisk it into the whipped cream. If necessary, dilute with milk or water.
  2. Spread the prepared whipped cream stiffener on the cake wafers and cover with the second wafer. Wrap in food foil and let it freeze.
  3. After freezing, cut and serve.
