Gluten-free sourdough wholemeal bread without yeast

Even sourdough bread doesn't have to be complicated. Even a complete beginner can prepare it with the right recipe.

  • sunflower seeds

  1. Bread mix dark, bread mix white, salt, ground cumin, rice yeast, flax seeds and warm water. Mix with a mixer with kneading whisks. While mixing, add oil and sunflower seeds.
  2. Transfer to a greased form. Brush with oil, cover and leave to rise for 8-12 hours.
  3. Before baking, brush with a mixture of water and oil and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C, then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 30 minutes.
  4. Spray the hot bread with water, remove it from the mold and let it cool.
