  1. Cut the ham, leek and parsley into small pieces. Finely grate cheese and carrots, add sifted Universal mix and baking powder. Mix the dry mixture thoroughly. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg and crushed garlic. Add the wet mixture to the dry, season and mix.
  2. Put a spoonful of dough into the silicone muffin molds. The top of the muffins can be sprinkled with seeds. Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. We can serve it with toast, boiled potatoes or with a vegetable salad.
