1. Prepare the dough from all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Using cookie cutters, we cut out different shapes from the dough. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and bake the Line cookies at 180-190°C for 10-15 minutes.

3. Fill the cooled Linc wheels with jam or chocolate-nut cream to taste, connect the two wheels and sprinkle with sugar.

A good tip:
The dough is quite fragile, so it is better to roll it in parts.
