  1. Make a crumbly dough with your hands. Line the tray with baking paper, pour the dough and spread it with your hands over the entire tray and on the sides. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the cream in a bowl with a whisk. Pour onto the pre-baked dough and bake for another 30 minutes. Leave the baked cake to cool. You can sprinkle with sugar before serving.

A good tip:
Instead of orange cubes, we can prepare lemon cubes. Then you need to add more sugar.

After cooling, the dough is harder. You have to wait until the next day, when the cream soaks into the dough and it is much softer.
