  1. Grind or finely chop the chicken breasts. We press down with a knife to make a mush out of them. Add the other ingredients to them and season. Mix well and let it stand until the water boils.
  2. Let the water boil in a larger pot. Pour the liver gnocchi into the boiling water through a gnocchi maker. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the water and let it drain. Drizzle with oil, stir to prevent sticking and serve with homemade broth.
