  1. Beat the egg whites with vanillin and powdered sugar until thick. Beat the egg yolks one at a time, add oil, baking powder and beat. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts and lightly mix one pudding powder into each.
  2. Grease the cake pan with fat and sprinkle with grated coconut. First pour the dough with dark chocolate pudding, then vanilla and finally dough with milk chocolate. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
  3. Flip the hot cake onto a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
