Gluten-free cottage cheese fans
Dough
- 450 g Cake mix Liana
- 100 g vegetable fat
- 250 g lumpy cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 ČJ Baking soda Liana
- 2 PL rum
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- salt

- powdered sugar for coating, 1 Liana vanillin sugar
1. Pour the weighed Cake mix onto the worktop, make a well in it and add salt, baking soda , rum, vegetable fat, cream, eggs and cottage cheese. We work the dough by hand and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
2. Roll out the dough to 2-3 mm and first divide it into strips and then into diamonds with a rolling pin. We make 2 grooves in each rhombus with a rolling pin.
3. Let the pan with oil or grease heat up well. Arrange the fans and fry them on both sides for about 3 minutes.
4. Place them on a tray with paper to absorb excess oil. We have to work quickly so that the oil does not burn unnecessarily.
5. Once cooled, roll in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla.
