Gluten-free cottage cheese balls are perfect for a sweet lunch or a quick dinner for the smallest diners. We do not need any special ingredients for this recipe, those that form the basis of the home pantry will suffice.

1. Gradually add cottage cheese, egg, salt, melted butter, powdered sugar, Universal mix to the bowl and knead the dough by hand. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

2. Transfer the dough to a silicone mat and sprinkle with rice flour. We gradually fill e.g. strawberries.

3. Add a teaspoon of salt to the boiling water, put the balls and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

4. Drain the cooked, pour melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
