  1. Beat the eggs, crystal and cinnamon sugar with a mixer until foamy. Using a wooden spoon, lightly mix in Cake mix Liana. Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 18 cm lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the peeled apples into cubes, sprinkle with cane sugar and simmer until semi-soft. If necessary, add a little water. Mix the Liana milk chocolate pudding in 200 ml of water, pour it over the apples and make a thick paste, which we apply to the baked dough. Let it cool for about an hour.
  3. Pour cold milk into a tall container, add whipped cream and a spoonful of sugar, beat for about 2-3 minutes. Spread it on the apple filling and let it harden in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Decorate the whipped cream with grated chocolate.
