A crumb cake that even children can make tastes really great with strawberries. If you don't want a dairy-free version, just use regular butter and cow's milk.

  1. In a large bowl, make a crumbly dough (crumb) with your hands from Cake mix Liana, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and softened vegetable fat. We line the tray with baking paper and press the larger part of the dough with our hands. Leave about 2 handfuls of the crumble aside for the final sprinkling.
  2. We cook a pudding from vegetable milk, sugar and Golden Cream, which we pour over the prepared dough. Place the washed chopped strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for approx. 45-50 minutes. Let it cool completely so that the filling hardens and serve.

A good tip:
If we do not want a dairy-free version, we will use butter instead of vegetable fat, and in the pudding we will use cow's milk instead of vegetable milk.
