Ingredients
  • 1 package of crab sticks
  • 2 bags Gelatin clear Liana
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 1 mayonnaise 250 ml
  • ham to taste
  • canned mushrooms
  • sterilized cucumbers
  • olives to taste
  • 3 for hard-boiled eggs
  • corn to taste
  • fresh spinach
  • salt, pepper

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Line the mold with food foil. Place ham, eggs, crab sticks, fresh spinach, mushrooms, corn, sterilized cucumbers, olives on the bottom. Mix mayonnaise, pepper, salt and gelatin in the boiled broth. Pour half of it on the prepared mixture, put it in the refrigerator to harden a little.
  3. When the aspic hardens, layer crab sticks, cucumbers, corn, mushrooms, etc. again. and pour the remaining gelatin. Put it in the fridge for a few hours - preferably overnight. Unfold and cut into slices. Bon appetite!
