  1. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
  2. Gradually add oil and milk. Mix the cake mix with the mixer at low speed.
  3. Pour half of the batter onto a tray lined with baking paper. Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
  4. Layer grated apples flavored with vanilla sugar and cinnamon on the pre-baked dough.
  5. Cover with the remaining batter and bake for 30 minutes at 170°C.
  6. Sprinkle the cooled cake with decorative powdered sugar.
