Pancakes with cream

Dough
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 500 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 50 ml of oil
Whipped cream
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 bag (30g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Next we need
- to taste, strawberry jam , cherry jam , hazelnut-chocolate cream, cottage cheese, chestnut puree, chocolate, ground nuts, fruit...
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough well with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Bake the pancakes in a pan on both sides. Fill according to taste, e.g. jam, cottage cheese, chestnut puree, fruit...
- Prepare the whipped cream delight according to the instructions on the package. Decorate the pancakes with fruit, whipped cream and chocolate.
