Gluten-free zucchini pudding

A grateful recipe into which you can cut e.g. lunch meat, mushrooms, bacon. An excellent treat for a visitor that is ready quickly.
Ingredients
  • 700 g of zucchini
  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • 200 g of ham
  • 1 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 1 pc Liana baking powder
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 g Universal Mix Liana

  • Parsley

  1. Grate zucchini, cheese and onion on a large grater. Add crushed garlic, ham cut into pieces, eggs, oil and season with salt, vegetables, parsley and black pepper. Mix everything and sprinkle Universal mix and baking powder.
  2. Pour the dough onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Leave the zucchini pudding to cool. Serve with vegetables, dip or alone.
