  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Transfer to a work mat and divide.
  2. 2. Make a roll out of the dough, cut it into smaller pieces and use your palm to form a šuļenok (sprinkle with rice flour so that the šuļenok do not stick together).
  3. 3. Throw the šuľanka into the boiling salted water. After floating to the surface, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4 . Take out, cover with melted butter, add sugar and sprinkle with poppy seeds, cottage cheese or nuts to taste.
