Gluten-free pies with cottage cheese and jam

Pies are a food that is especially popular with children, but we adults like to return to them with beautiful memories of our childhood.
Ingredients
  • 400 g Universal mix Liana
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250-270 ml of water
  • 100 g lumpy cottage cheese
  • 1-2 KL granulated sugar
  • plum jam

  1. We make a smooth dough by hand from the universal mix, salt and water. We adjust the amount of water as needed. Let the prepared dough rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Season the cottage cheese with sugar.
  3. Roll out on a work surface sprinkled with rice flour. Using a pie mold, we cut out circles, fill them with jam or cottage cheese and stick them together.
  4. Cook the pies in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, fry the prepared butter.
  6. Cool the cooked pies in cold water. Remove from the water, cover with fried butter and season with sugar and a pinch of salt.
