  1. Mix Universal mix Liana with baking powder, salt, ground black pepper, kefir and whole milk. Mix well and finally add finely chopped spring onion and coarsely grated cheese.
  2. Transfer the prepared compact dough to a floured surface and make a loaf. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and cut out circles. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes in a heated oven at 200°C. Brush the baked goods immediately with melted butter.
