If you fancy a fluffy cake, you don't need a scale, a mixer or too much time.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cake mix Liana
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 mug of milk
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 3 eggs

  • mug with a volume of 250 ml

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Pour the dough into a silicone cake mold, smooth the surface and bake at 160°C for 50 minutes.

A good tip:
If we use a silicone cake mold, there is no need to wipe it with any fat.
