  1. Mix Bakery mix, baking powder, dry yeast, sugar, egg, butter and white yogurt. We make a smooth dough by hand.
  2. Season the apples with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Roll out on a mat sprinkled with rice flour. Cut out the circles, put the apple filling in the center and stick them together using a pie mold or by hand.
  4. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 175°C.
  5. While still hot, roll in decorative insoluble powdered sugar.

A good tip:
Before baking, you can brush with a beaten egg.

We can also use jam, cottage cheese, poppy seeds or nuts as a filling.
