Gluten-free bacon sticks

A great treat for parties, with coffee, but also with TV.
Ingredients
  • 100 ml of milk
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 KL granulated sugar
  • 320 g Bread mix white Liana
  • 170 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
Next we need
  • Liana rice flour for sprinkling
  • ketchup for spreading
  • bacon for filling
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • cheese for sprinkling

  1. We prepare yeast from 100 ml of lukewarm milk, yeast and sugar, which we leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add Bread mix white, salt, water, oil and prepared yeast to the food processor. We prepare the dough, which we leave covered in a warm place to rise for about an hour.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts on a floured work surface. Roll each part into a rectangle and cut into strips about 3 cm wide. Lightly coat with ketchup, place a slice of bacon and roll up.
  4. Place the bars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
  5. Before baking, brush the bars with beaten egg and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 3-4 minutes.
