  • 125-150 g Fine mix Liana
  • 125-150 g Bakery mix Liana
  • 50 g vegetable fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 KL Baking soda Liana
  • ground cinnamon
  • ground cloves

  1. Combine all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Wrapped in foil, let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, cut out various shapes and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. We decorate the cooled gingerbreads according to our own imagination.
