Sweetened vegetable cream suitable for use in bakery and confectionery production (toppings, fillings, etc.).
Use: whip Suldy cooled to a temperature of +8°C for 2-5 minutes, depending on the required volume.
Ingredients: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), sugar, stabilizers: sorbitols (E420), cellulose (E460), carboxymethylcellulose (E466), milk proteins, emulsifiers: esters of mono- and diacylglycerols of fatty acids with lactic acid (E472b), lecithins (E322), esters of mono- and diacylglycerols of fatty acids with mono- and diacetyltartaric acid (E472e), salt, aroma.
Dye: carotenes (E160a).
