Liana gluten-free mixtures on prescription
Our gluten-free Liana flour mixes are made from naturally gluten-free and wheat-free ingredients. The mixtures can be bought in Tesco, Kaufland, www.liana.sk and are also available with a PRESCRIPTION.
A gastroenterologist, immunologist - allergist, internist, pediatrician , or dermatovenerologist may indicate the combined treatment in patients:
- with biopsy-proven celiac disease,
- with a diagnosed food allergy to wheat based on the clinical picture and the positivity of specific IgE antibodies using the FEIA, RAST or ELISA method or the positivity of the skin prick test (SPT) or the epicutaneous atopic patch test (APT) or the elimination-exposure test,
- suffering from dermatitis herpetiformis .
In Slovakia, a systematic enumeration of patients with celiac disease is being carried out. In 2012, 14,500 celiacs were diagnosed. The last figure from 2016 had a higher increase in patients, namely 18,000 celiac patients. Approximately 900 new patients will be added annually . Nowadays, there are more celiacs again.
Patients diagnosed with celiac disease will be prescribed a gluten-free diet , dietary measures will be suggested, when the patient must eliminate foods containing wheat, barley, rye, and oats from his diet. In approximately 70% of patients, a clinical improvement is detected after only 2 weeks after the introduction of a gluten-free diet, in other patients, the result of the medication becomes apparent only after several months.

Gluten-free flour mixture for sponge cakes, cakes, muffins, pancakes, short and puff cakes, biscuits, wreaths. If we need a cocoa variant, it is enough to replace part of the mixture with 1-2 spoons of dark cocoa , which is also gluten-free. The cake mix already contains Liana leavening powder .

Bakery mix Liana - gluten-free mixture for sourdough
Gluten-free flour mixture for sourdough, from which we prepare cakes, strudels, croissants, steamed buns, dumplings, donuts, Christmas cookies, buns, rolls, pizza. Bakery mix contains psyllium - a fiber for healthy intestines, which adds softness to the dough and at the same time replaces gluten . It has positive health effects for the body.

A gluten-free flour mixture, from which we can prepare soft fluffy gingerbread, classic gingerbread or gingerbread muffins. Liana gingerbread powder gives it a special taste.

Gluten-free flour mixture for people with gluten intolerance but with a taste for fresh bread. You can use this flour to make gluten-free rolls, buns, braids, kaiserka, ciabatta, and veku. It contains up to 33.5 g of fiber per 500 g.
