If you're craving something salty while watching TV, swap it out for these great healthy Zucchini Pumpkin Crackers.
Ingredients
  • Measuring cup = 250 ml
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 cup grated hard cheese
  • 2 mugs Universal Mix Liana
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Liana baking powder
  • 100 g of butter
  • 200 ml of milk

  • flax and sesame seeds for sprinkling

  1. We make a crumbly mass from Universal mix, baking powder, salt, chopped softened butter. Add grated pumpkin and zucchini, cheese, oregano, paprika and mix. Add milk and work the dough by hand.
  2. Shape the crackers with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle seeds on the tray and bake for 15 minutes at 230°C.

A good tip:
Cream dip can be served with the crackers.
